Training Style: "Aerobic and plyometric workouts, dynamic workload-capacity drills for cardio training and some strenght training is the best training possible! This combination of training exercises offers real-world, functional fitness. Plus, I complement the mix with relevant movements from my military and martial arts training."
The body is designed for physical work in a natural environment...we lose this in our typical workdays, where we aren't required to move much. Typical gyms don't offer much incentive to train. We remove the monotonous structure of modern gyms and use a variety of challenging environments to bring your body to its natural state of fitness."
