Boxing classes are fantastic for weight loss, muscle tone, strength training and getting the aggravation form a long day at work off your shoulders.
Classes are structured like a real boxing workout program and you are going to sweat! The workouts are fast passed including: circuit training, speed drills, strength training and of course punching drills.
Boxing classes are held at the Downtown Boot Camp Headquarters, 1029 Fletcher Ave, with the exception of Monday and Wednesday 6:30 PM classes.
